Hard anodic oxidation

 

The hard anodizing of aluminum is to reduce the dissolution rate of the film and obtain a thicker and denser oxide film when anodizing aluminum. Conventional methods is low (0 ℃ or so) and low concentration of sulfuric acid, such as < 10% - H2SO4) under the condition of, shortcomings of large energy consumption, high cost of production.

Oxide film of the resistance being very high, produce large amounts of heat oxidation process, therefore, the traditional dc oxidation current shoulds not be too big, using pulse current or pulse electric current and dc current superposition, can greatly reduce the needed by anodic oxidation voltage, and can use a higher current density, at the same time can also through adjusting the duty ratio and peak voltage, to increase the growth rate of membrane, improve the quality of the formation of membrane, the oxide film with excellent performance.
